The IRA series incorporate low noise 256 and 512 element InGaAs IR linear Arrays optimized for spectroscopic applications in the 800-1700nm range.
They include TE coolers and controllers, and are temperature stabilized to 5 degrees C to reduce noise and stabilize dark signal.
These detectors are ideally suited for all general spectroscopic measurements, including industrial applications for absorption measurements.
The IRA family of InGaAs detector arrays includes:
IRA-256: with 50 micron width pixels
IRA-512: with 50 micron width pixels
IRA-512-N: with 25 micron width pixels
For complete control of all operating parameters, ourSpectraArray SL software is included as standard with each detector. Alternatively, LabVIEW drivers are available as an option at modest additional cost.
Standard interface for these detectors is USB2.0. Other interfaces, including PCI, can also be supplied.
